Instructions for Completing Online Application for Membership and Certification

2. FULL PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION
These instructions apply for the following memberships:
- Certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM) membership - Exam Path
- Associate membership
- Student membership
To ensure our ability to read and understand your application we encourage all applicants to fill and type complete and accurate information. When you submit an incomplete / inaccurate application, there will be a delay in processing it; that is, presenting your application to the Certification and Membership Committee. Please note that an application will not be presented to the Certification and Membership Committee until full payment is received.
The application process consists of the following:
- Complete and submit your application. Once submitted, you will have limited ability to make any changes to your application until it is processed.
- You will get a confirmation email for your submission.
- Upon receiving (1) your complete and accurate application and (2) your FULL payment, we will present your application to the Certification and Membership Committee. (CACM Exam Path applicant should click here)
- Within 30 days, the Certification and Membership department will contact you regarding your application status.
- Once the Certification and Membership Committee approves you application, you will (a) have an active status and enjoy your membership benefits, (b) receive your certificate within 45 days from the committee's decision date. Member Identification Number will be printed on certificate.
Payment
- We prefer payments via PayPal.
- If you paid by credit card using one that is not yours (i.e. of father, friend, est.), you should and state in the email the following information of the credit cardholder: Last and first name, country, amount paid, the confirmation number you received from the credit card processor (PayPal), and your relationship with the cardholder.
- for wire transfer information if needed.
- We do not accept checks.
Certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM) Membership
- Membership in good standing is required to present yourself as a holder of the CACM professional designation.
- Failure to renew your membership will result in termination of your membership and classification of your professional designation as inactive (lapsed).
- Professional certification for any individual who has been inactive (lapsed) for two year will be permanently rescinded and cannot be reinstated under the Grandfathering provision.
- Any former member whose certification has been permanently rescinded will be required to complete CPE training and pass the CACM certification online exam.
Associate Membership
- Membership in good standing is required to present yourself as an associate member.
- Failure to renew your membership will result in termination of your membership and classification of your associate membership as inactive (lapsed).
- Associate membership for any individual who has been inactive (lapsed) for one year will be permanently rescinded and cannot be reinstated.
- Should a former associate member whose membership has been permanently rescinded need to join The AACI, (s) he needs to submit a new application.
Student Membership
- Membership in good standing is required to present yourself as a student member.
- Failure to renew your membership will result in termination of your membership and classification of your student membership as inactive (lapsed).
- Student membership for any individual who has been inactive (lapsed) for one year will be permanently rescinded and cannot be reinstated.
- Should a former student member whose membership has been permanently rescinded need to join The AACI, (s) he needs to submit a new application.
